  • Slice the bacon and chop the slices into 2 cm squares.

For the artichokes:

  • Boil the artichokes with salt or steam them.
  • Once cooked, drain them carefully in order not to break their shape.

For the sauce:

HOW TO SERVE:

  • Put the artichokes on an oven tray and baste with the green sauce.
