Elaboration
- Slice the bacon and chop the slices into 2 cm squares.
For the artichokes:
- Boil the artichokes with salt or steam them.
- Once cooked, drain them carefully in order not to break their shape.
For the sauce:
- Make a green sauce made of vegetable stock.
HOW TO SERVE:
- Put the artichokes on an oven tray and baste with the green sauce.
- Place the bacon on top and heat everything in the oven until the bacon browns.
