The following elaborations are needed for this recipe:


  • Peel the oranges and discard the pith.
  • Cut them  into slices (three or four depending on the orange size). Three oranges make four servings.
  • Make the diluted caramel by  using the orange juice and after  removing from the heat  aromatize with cointreau.
  • Shape the orange slices  like a fan ,put them on a plate and pour the caramel over.
  • Serve with a button of cream and toasted silvered almonds.
