Elaboration
Para la base:
- Tostar ligeramente la almendra
- Deshuesar los dátiles sin hidratar.
- Triturar las almendras junto con los dátiles y la manteca de coco.
- Forrar la base de un molde y reservar.
Para el relleno:
- Tostar ligeramente la almendra.
- Hidratar los dátiles en agua caliente. Deshuesar.
- Triturar las almendras junto con los dátiles.
- Añadir el queso crema y los huevos. Batir el conjunto.
- Verter sobre el molde anterior.
- Hornear a 190 ºC durante 25-30 minutos.
- Dejara enfriar.
- Reservar en refrigeración 3-4 previo a su consumo.
Decoración:
- Chocolate, mermelada, nata etc.
