Pizza dough 1.0 kg

Chicken breast 0.25 kg
Bacon 0.15 kg
Tomato sauce 0.25 l
Siracha hot sauce 150.0 g

  • Make a pizza dough.
  • Mince the veal and the pork.
  • Mince the chicken breasts.
  • Chop the bacon into strips.
  • Chop the green pepper and the onion into brunoise.

For the filling:

  • Make the tomato sauce.
  • Soften the onion and the green pepper, add the minced meat (veal, pork and chicken), sauté and mix it with some of the barbecue sauce (save the rest for later).


  • Roll the dough with a rolling pin with semolina grain until the desired size is obtained.
  • Baste with the tomato sauce the base and put the cooked meat on top. Add some more barbecue sauce and place the bacon and the mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Introduce in the pizza into the oven at 290 ºC for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with oregano right before serving.
