  • Preheat the oven to 200º C.
  • First rinse the quinoa to until the water runs clean.
  • Cook the quinoa, until the water evaporates and it’s tender
  • Drain well. Let it cool.
  • Mix all the ingredients: the cooked quinoa, oat flakes, egg, orange zest, ground cinnamon, sugar and the creamed margarine.
  • Shape as desired (bars, cookies etc.).
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes to 200º C until golden.
  • Let it cool.


  • Each cookie of 20g is taken as a reference for one serving.
  • In a modular oven, program 1/2/1.
