Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  • Grate the lemon and mix it with the ground almond and the icing sugar.
  • Slightly beat the eggs.
  • Add the eggs slowly with the almond and icing sugar mixture. Whip until you get a uniform dough.
  • Add the sugar and mix.
  • Sieve the flour, the cornflour and the yeast. Add to the previous mixture.
  • Pour the dough into single paper capsules.
  • Bake at 180 ºC for about 12 minutes.
  • Let cool and sprinkle icing sugar over the surface.
