Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  • Whip the butter until solid in a bowl with the help of a wooden spoon.
  • Add the sugar and mix well.
  • Add the egg whites and mix.
  • Add the sifted flour, vanilla and mix.
  • Leave it to rest in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Stretch the dough making circles, with the help of a spoon.
  • Sprinkle the sesame on top and PLACE in the oven.
  • Remove parchment paper and shape in a mould immediately after taking it out of the oven.
  • Store in a dry place.
