Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  • Whip the butter in a bowl with the help of a balloon whisk.
  • Add the sugar and mix well.
  • Add the egg whites and set.
  • Add the sifted flour, the vanilla and mix.
  • Put the mixture in a pastry bag and leave it aside for 20 minutes in the fridge to cool.
  • Make thin strips on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake.
  • Roll while hot each strip around a thin tube (as soon as you take the baking tray from the oven).
  • Keep it in the stove.

  • It is important that all the ingredients are at the same room temperature.
