Elaboration
  • Place the ground almonds, the confectioners' sugar and pumpkin in a mixing bowl. Mix them with the flat beater.
  • Add in the lemon juice, sugar and keep mixing.
  • Gradually add in the egg whites and mix until you get a sticky dough.
  • Make small balls using your hands and gently flatten them. Coat them in sugar.
  • Bake at 200ºC for about 15 minutes.
