Elaboration
  • Cream the butter.
  • Add icing sugar and mix.
  • Add egg, vanilla flavouring and mix.
  • Add flour and mix.
  • Leave to stand in the fridge or in a cold environment.
  • For simple pastries, roll out the dough to about 5 mm to 10 mm, and, for double pastries, 5 mm.
  • Bake at 160 ºC for 10 to 15 minutes.
