- Whisk the butter, white sugar and brown sugar.
- Add in half the quantity of eggs and half the quantity of flour and mix.
- Add in the rest of the flour and eggs and mix.
- Then, add in the cream cheese, coffee and mix.
- Add in the fingers and gently fold the mixture.
- Pour into cupcake cases.
- Bake at 180ºC for 25 minutes. Do not open the oven during the first 20 minutes.

- Cover with some sponge cake.
