Fish

Fish from stagnant waters  or weak currents which has a very fine taste, hunchbacked curved and rounded with a greenish brown back  with some black lines .It has two dorsal fins next to each other which are also greenish brown, whereas the other fins are red.

The colour of the perch depends on the river or the lake in which it lives. This way we can find very bright coloured perch spicemens in low depth waters with a lot of vegetation or lighter coloured ones living in deeper waters with bare floors or without vegetation.

The perch is a fish whose flavour goes well with many sauces and side dishes such as peppers or green sauce.
