Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ºC
  • Add the cream butter, the sugar, the salt, the cayenne powder and the flour, mixing well all the ingredients together.
  • Cover the dough with cling film and allow it to cool in the fridge.
  • Stretch the dough placing baking paper between each layers of around one cm thick per layer.
  • Cook in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Cut the dough halfway through cooking into 2 x 2 cm pieces and finish cooking in the oven.
  • Store in the bakery proofer.
