Elaboration
- Clean and chop the lettuce into pieces.
- Cut the turkey meat into julienne.
- Boil the pasta.
- Make the mustard mayonnaise sauce, mix it with the turkey and keep in the fridge.
SET UP
- Place the lettuce and the carrot in a corner.
- Place the pasta and the turkey meat with the mayonnaise next to it.
- Maintain the usual precautions while handling mayonnaise.
- Dress with the lettuce and the carrot with a vinaigrette.
