Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  • Grease the mold and sprinkle with flour if necessary.
  • Cream the butter and add the sugar.
  • Peel and mash the ripe bananas.
  • Add the egg and whisk.
  • Add wholemeal flour, the oatmeal flour, the raising agent and the cinnamon. Beat the mixture together.
  • Add the previously chopped walnuts and the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the dough into a mold. (Do not fill more than 3/4 of its capacity.)
  • Bake approximately  between 45 minutes and 1 hour, depending on the capacity and shape of the mold.
