Reineta apple 1.0 kg

Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven.
  • Core, peel and chop the Reinette apple in eight slices.
  • Place the slices on a gastronorm plate with the vanilla, the water, the white wine and the sugar.
  • Cover the plate and bake the mixture at 180 ºC, until the apples are well cooked.
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven, place the apples in a strainer to drain the juice. Do not squeeze the apple. You’ll obtain a transparent and tasty soup, without pulp. Store in the fridge.
  • The apple can be saved for other recipes.
