Elaboration
  • Place the gelatin sheets into cold water.
  • Make a syrup flavored with lemon grass, lemon tree leaves, lime zest and vanilla extract.
  • Turn off the heat and add in the gelatin sheets. Dissolve them and let the mixture set in the fridge for 24 h.
  • Drain and pour it into a squeeze bottle. Store in the fridge until use.
