Three colour pasta bows 0.225 kg
Sliced turkey breast 0.25 kg

Elaboration
  • Clean and chop the lettuce into pieces.
  • Cut the turkey meat into julienne.
  • Boil the pasta.  
  • Make the mustard mayonnaise sauce, mix it with the turkey and keep in the fridge. 

SET UP

  • Place the lettuce and the carrot in a corner.
  • Place the pasta and the turkey meat with the mayonnaise next to it. 
  • Maintain the usual precautions while handling mayonnaise.
  • Dress with the lettuce and the carrot with a vinaigrette.
