Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ºC
  • Crush the peanuts.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the crushed peanuts: coconut, raising agent and sugar.
  • Add the egg, orange blossom water and margarine. Mix until obtaining a smooth dough.
  • Form ball shapes of 15 g.
  • Wet your hands with orange blossom water and roll the ball shapes into long cylinder shapes.
  • Coat in sesame and form half-moons.
  • Bake at 180 ºC for approximately 15 minutes.
