Sheep milk is a white, opaque and slightly sweet liquid that results from the milking of sheep.
Sheep milk is highly nutritious. In fact,it has more proteins and lactose than cow milk but twice the fat, although it can be bought semi-skimmed.
Sheep milk minerals and vitamins are more concentrated because it has a lower water content.
The taste of sheep milk is quite strong, although less strong than that of goat’s milk.
