Elaboration

For this recipe, the following elaborations are needed:

  • Grilled fish (process).  
  • Prepare some fried chopped garlic and off the heat add the sliced piperras and the parsley cut into brunoise.
  • For the salad: clean and chop the lettuce, wash the tomato and cut into slices.
  • Make a vinaigrette.  

PLATING UP

  • Place the fish on the plate with the help of a spatula.
  • Cover with the garlic and peppers
  • Add the dressed lettuce salad next to the fish.
