Yucca is a tubercle that comes from a tropical bush grown in America, Africa and Asia.

It has a white flesh covered by a brown woody peel.

Tapioca is a flour obtained from the manihot esculenta yucca. It has more carbohydrates, around 88 % and it has very few proteins and calories, just like regular yucca.
