ADVANCED RESTAURANT TRADE SPECIALIST
Upper Grade Training Cycle in the Restaurant Trade, with a duration of 2,000 hours in 2 complete academic years.

All training cycles provide for a Training module of nearly 350 hours in duration in work centers, where practical training is received in different private establishments arranged by the School, under the supervision of a school tutor.
