Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  • Cream the butter.
  • Beat the soft butter with a metal whisk together with the sugar. You should obtain a spongy cream.
  • Add the eggs one by one and beat well each time you add one.
  • Dissolve the condensed milk in the milk.
  • Add flour in two or three batches following each addition with milk.
  • Grease and flour the mould.
  • Pour the mixture and bake at 180 ºC for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 160 ºC and continue baking for about 30 more minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
