Elaboration
  • Dice the bacon and vegetables, onion, red pepper and green pepper into approx. 2 cm cubes.
  • Cut the wild asparagus into 3 cm pieces.
  • Sauté all the vegetables separately and add to the skewer combining colours.
  • Make an oriental sauce.

SETTING UP

  • Pour two tablespoons of oriental sauce into a bowl.
  • Grill the brochettes and place them on top of the sauce seasoning with Maldon salt.
