For this recipe, the following elaborations are needed:

 

SET UP

  • Place the whiting on a baking tray lightly greased with olive oil, this time with the skin side down.
  • Cook in a hot oven until the whiting is cooked inside (65 ºC inside).
  • Place the portion of whiting on the plate, the potatoes on the side, add the fried garlic, sprinkle over parsley and a little paprika on the whiting and potatoes.
  • Finally, place a slice of lemon on the plate.
